The key takeaway? Reskilling is essential. Nearly 59% of workers will need to upgrade their skills by 2030.

4. Privacy and security need to be top of mind
As AI adoption accelerates, organizations are prioritizing security, privacy, and compliance like never before. IT teams are stepping up to regulate and approve AI tools, ensuring they meet strict security standards and align with industry compliance requirements.
Organizations that prioritize secure and compliant AI tools will not only protect sensitive data but also build trust among employees and customers.
